Only one more day and it's my favorite day of the year-- Thanksgiving! Pumpkin pie is already calling my name.
Before taking a few days to be with friends and family, I wanted to share with you some photos from Mary Ellen and Spencer's wedding.
Even though the couple is based in Atlanta, I got to know both Mary Ellen and Spencer and their comedic ways. And for what the couple has in humor, they also have in intellegnce. Before saying their "I do's" they both passed the bar and began their careers as attorneys.
Mary Ellen and Spencer were married on September 22nd at the Duke Mansion. Throughout the planning process, Mary Ellen kept using "blush, soft, classic and romantic" to describe her wedding, and I think we accomplished just that.

Happy after-the-election day. Now we can go on to more important things-- like Thanksgiving! Oh, I honestly just love that holiday and I am seriously counting down the days to be home in Pennsylvania and eating copious amounts of turkey!
Today is a good day. I started the day with my first gingerbread latte of the year and I am able to share Susannah and Corey's wedding photos! You may know them from here and here. As well, Susannah's wedding was the inspiration behind my inspiration nook that was mentioned here.
Susannah and Corey were married on September 15th at Eseeola Lodge in Linville, NC. Seriously-- I may be a bit bias, but what a gorgeous mountain wedding it was! Susannah knew early on the look that she was going for, and I think that we hit the nail on the head when it came to design. From the florals to the vintage decor and handmade items that Susannah lovingly crafted, it was just perfect.
Not to mention, Susannah and Corey are one of the sweetest couples that I have had the pleasure of working with and getting to know.
Please enjoy some images from The Schultzes Photography. Ok, ok...maybe a few more than some, but come on- it's so hard to choose!
They say patience is a virtue, but I have to say that is truly one of the hardest things that I struggle with on a daily basis. I am and have always been a "let's do it now" type of person, so waiting on anything {including client's wedding photos} can be so hard! I know, I know-- talk about some serious 'problems'!
With that being said, I am anxiously awaiting Susannah and Corey's wedding photos, but in the mean time- I am happy to share their {beautiful} wedding video by the amazing Crown Alley Films.
Enjoy!
with love.

Happy Friday! This weekend is bitter sweet as it is my last wedding weekend of the year. This year has been full of amazing events {some of which I have yet to share}, so please stay tuned. And of course, we are already rockin' and rollin' for next year.
Speaking of next year, please meet Favor Me Events couple, Lauren and Justin. While they dated for only a few short months, this couple knew early on that they were meant to be together.
Set to be married on October 5th at the Duke Mansion, Lauren and Justin are in full planning mode and have been doing a great job of comprising their "dream team" of vendors.
Please enjoy some photos of their e-session by Candice and Dan Lanning of The Beautiful Mess Photography.
So looking forward to planning with you both.
with love.
