priya and chris {engagement session}

Please meet Favor Me Events couple, Priya and Chris.

Priya is a zoologist at the Greensboro Zoo and Chris is a middle school teacher. Of course, I had to ask Priya which animal was her favorite to with at the zoo. Her reply? Penguins. Apparently, they are the closest thing to human at the zoo.

This sweet pair is set to marry in a Christian ceremony on July 19th at Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden, with an Indian ceremony on July 20th at The Ballantyne Resort and Spa.

Priya and I have been working hard on the details for both days. The first night is the laid-back night with burlap, sunflowers and a contra band. The next night is rich in Indian tradition, yet will have an American twist.

alice and biff {tie the knot} the ritz urban garden

Alice is a Jersey girl. Biff is from Louisiana. Alice is a pastry chef. Biff works in finance.
Yet, they are perfect for each other.

You may remember this adorable couple from their e-session photos: here.

Alice and Biff were married on May 18th in an evening ceremony at St. Gabriel's Catholic Church {not before seeing each other in an intimate and sweet first look, which was captured below}.

The black-tie affair continued in to the wee hours of the morning {1:30am to be exact} at The Ritz Urban Garden in Uptown Charlotte.

Macaroons were given as favors as well as adorned the five-tier cake as an ode to Alice's culinary days in France.

The band, Sol Fusion, was phenomenal. Seriously. The band combined with custom Wayfarer sunglasses made for a packed dance floor the.whole.night.long.

bailey and joel {engagement session}

So, can we talk about how it is already the first week of June?! Whaaaaaaaat?! Insane!

Can we also talk about how adorable this couple is? Please meet the newest member of the
Favor Me Events family, Bailey and Joel.

This sweet pair is set to wed on September 14th at The Johnson Carriage House and Meadows. This venue is AH-MAZ-ING. So much in fact that it inspired me to have our recent Derby-inspired shoot there.
