Like many of my clients, I 'met' Courtney via phone while she was living and working in New York City. In fact, more than half of my clients are not local to Charlotte. I often joke that I must have an advertisement somewhere up North, and just don't know it.
During the consult process, I was already excited for Courtney's design. Simple and elegant with a hint of rustic elements. And green. Lots of green!
Even the invites were important to Courtney (specifically for them to be all letterpress) as a nod to her parent's invite (they too had their wedding reception at Carmel Country Club).
Courtney and Jack were married on November 9th at First Presbyterian Church with dinner and dancing at Carmel Country Club. The setting was perfect for this time of year!

As always, thank you to the amazing group of vendors who worked together to make the day a success.

kathryn and chris | tie the knot | carmel country club
It's hard to believe how fast this year is moving. Kathryn and Chris were married in mid September, and I feel like it happened only last week.
After a Catholic ceremony at St. Patrick's Cathedral, Kathryn and Chris invited friends and family to Carmel Country Club for cocktails, dinner and dancing.
From the moment that I met Kathryn, I loved her color palette (color being the operative word!). While her design was clean, it was a nice mix of traditional and modern touches to create a perfect look at Carmel.
