Happy Friday!
Before the weekend begins, I thought I would share Allison and Matthew's wedding photos. You may remember them from here and here {when they were featured in Carolina Bride Magazine}.
The couple got married on May 7th at Allison's family's church at Meyers Memorial United Methodist in Gastonia and had their glam reception at the Mint Museum Uptown.
Allison's vision was an Old Hollywood theme with pinks, charcoals, feathers- oh my! Crystals draped the dance floor as Casablanca played during the reception. Believe me- there was no lack of glitz or glam during this wedding!
As an only child, Allison is very close to both of her parents and wanted to incorporate items from their wedding. Not only did Allison wear her mother's cathedral length veil for the ceremony, but she also used her parents' cake topper on her nine-tier cake.
Matthew is a graphic designer, so he put his skills to use in making their logo that was incorporated throughout the wedding- even down to the tags on their favors.
Here are a few shots from the day, taken by Lindsey Lee Photography...
