After their ceremony at The Cathedral of St. Patrick - cocktails, dinner and dancing were enjoyed by all back at the Ritz.
During the planning process, Vanessa lived in Aruba while David lived here in Charlotte. David is orginally from Venezula, while Vanessa was born in Canada- but has Lebanese and Latin roots. Needless to say, the mix of culture, language and music was absolutely electric. The couple even chose to have a bi-lingual DJ so everyone could feel welcome.
Being that most guests had to travel far, the wedding was small- yet intimate. I am not bias, but I happen to think it was perfect. We were even able to adjust the size of the ballroom by bringing in the draping so the space did not feel too big for the number of guests. If I have said it once, I will say it again-- I LOVE draping!
It was a hard task just choosing a few photos to truly represent the day, so please enjoy just a small taste from the day, courtesy of the brilliant Lauren Rosenau Photography.
